There are 63 different coded dispensers available, so that all of the bottles can be assigned to the stores administration. As soon as a bottle is inserted, the article name and the sales price will appear in a display with 40 characters. The dispensing is started by pressing a button on the dispensing head. There are three possible choices:
1. Dispensing of a single portion
2. Dispensing of a shot portion (e.g. for mixed drinks)
3. Dispensing of a continuous portion (quick dispensing for an entire round of the same kind of drink).
An optical recognition system secures the dispenser and the position of the glass.
Whether or not the quantity selected is actually dispensed will be recognised automatically. This means, for example, that if a wine bottle no longer contains the quantity of 0.2 l requested, a message to insert a new bottle will appear on the display and the missing quantity will be output.

Evaluation and Sales Report
Three functions are performed through the display at the dispensing location. All functions, price inputs (two price levels are available) and the dispensing quantities, billing (various currencies) and the deletion of sales can be secured through a 2-stage user codeword.

Options:

• additoinal print cards (max 64 impulses) can be installed and the All Bottle System will take report of connected external devices, like flow meters for beer, all kind of dispensing machines that give an electric impulse, coffee machines, etc. In theis case the All Bottle System gives a total report of every beverage that has been poured.
• Printer connection for coupon printer (optionally, automatic ticket printing when dispensing)or report printer (variable control frequencies),
• Connection for waiters lock and sales report for 15 waiters if several persons participate in the serving of the goods.
• (RS 232/RS485 interface and interface program) for the connection to PC software.
• Credit system to block dispensing, interface program for online operation, keypad for table input.
• Housing finished optionally in stainless steel, copper or brass for an additional price
• Housing finished optionally with support foot, dimensions: H 380, W 300, D 380 mm
