That´s how it is done:
Special price coded poureers on each bottle correspond with established drind prices and portion size. Pourers can be inserted in the same manner as conventional spouts.
A security seal prevents tampering, so pourers cannot be removed without authorisation.
Pourers do not dispense liquor unless used in a combination with the special activator ring. It is a small, unobtrusive device, which rests in a conventional holder at the work station. A light weight flexible cord connects the activator ring.
The bartender simply brings the selected bottle up through the activator ring with eihter hand, and pours with a conventional pouring motion. It is just as fast. The system then dispenses precisely the right amount of liquor and records the price of the drink instantly. It is as easy as that! - The customer sees his brand poured and gets an honest drink every time. You get total control for every drink poured - both sides of the bar are happy.
